Our Contex Ultra HD 60″ scanner has the highest quality cameras available. Our NextImage Scan software allows us to make minor adjustments to your images on the fly so we can output the best possible image quality. With these tools, we cannot be beat!
This is just the tip of our scanning mountain. With multiple scanning stations, at various capture sizes, we feed our machines regularly. But they are always hungry for more. Our throughput on scanning oversize projects cannot be beat either. And we have the clients to prove it.
Since we are also a Full-Service Print Shop as well, we can duplicate those oversize scans if you need that instead. Our new Roland CO-640i flatbed UV printer is unparalleled in it’s quality. With the ability to create a gloss coat, we can turn your matte oversize copies into a sparkling showcase. We also offer a complete finishing department if you need it. We can cut, laminate, or bind your originals after scan or after copying.
The Document Group’s Scanning Services are designed for us to help you with any types of blueprints, architectural drawings, posters, banners, schematic drawings, or any other type of oversized documents you can think of. As an added bonus, our equipment can also scan uneven items such as tapestries, wood, or other thick materials. We have to ability to scan any item up to a thickness of 1″.
When you convert your oversized documents into digital images, we scan them at 300 DPI (with the capacity to scan up to 600 DPI if requested). This ensures quality images that can be resized to help you view those tiny notes on any item, or print an exact image 2 years down the road if you need it. And the benefits to scanning physical documents to a digital media do not stop there.
Scanning you large format / oversized documents provides you the opportunity to reduce physical storage needs within you building.
